The Choir @Sevington Mill

What a busy month December is turning out to be for our School Choir!

Wednesday 14th December saw 22 pupils, Miss White, Mrs Hobbs-Coulson and our parent helper Mrs Carter travel on foot to Sevington Mill Residential Home for the Elderly.

Welcomed by Sarah, at the home, they performed a selection of Christmas carols. These were greatly enjoyed by the residents and some even joined in and sang along.

After the performance the children enjoyed a few minutes chatting to the residents and exchanging stories. It really was a lovely trip and we hope the residents got a lot of enjoyment from it.

The choir have made and individually signed a  Christmas Card for the 39 residents which will be dropped off at the home.
